These terms apply to your use of the NM Kids Math app, published by NM Labs. By installing and using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The person who accepts the terms is the child’s parent or guardian. The app is made for children aged 5 to 15 and should be used under an adult’s supervision.

NM Kids Math brings together math activities in six areas, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. It works without an account and without internet, and progress is stored on the device. See our privacy policy for how we handle information.

The app is educational and meant as support. It does not replace school, teachers or educational guidance, and we do not guarantee any specific learning result.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: copy, modify, decompile or try to extract the app’s code; bypass the parental gate or the limits on paid content; or resell or redistribute the app or its content.

The first topics of every area are free. To unlock all topics there are two options: the annual plan, which may include a 7-day free trial, and the one-time unlock, paid once with no renewal.

Prices are shown in the app and in the store, in your local currency, before you buy. Every purchase sits behind a parental gate.

Payment is processed entirely by the store (Google Play or the App Store). We never see or store card details. Billing, automatic renewal of the subscription, cancellation and refund requests follow the store’s rules and deadlines.

On the annual plan with a free trial, if you don’t cancel before the 7 days end, the subscription starts being charged. To cancel, use the “Manage or cancel” button in the parent settings or the subscriptions of your store account. Cancelling applies to future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.

For consumers in Brazil, the rights under the Consumer Protection Code still apply, including the right of withdrawal within the legal deadlines.

The app, the NM Kids Math name, the brand, the activities, the texts, the artwork and the code belong to NM Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. Using the app does not transfer any of these rights to you: you receive only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app.

We do our best to keep the app working well, but it is provided “as is”. We may fix, improve, change or remove features and topics, and update prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect what you have already paid for.

To the extent permitted by law, NM Labs is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app or being unable to use it, or for failures of the device, the store or the internet. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers and that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. When we do, this page will show the new date at the top. If the change is significant, a notice will also appear in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new text.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. To resolve any dispute, the venue is the consumer’s place of residence, as the law provides.
